Mis \u00e1reas de investigaci\u00f3n son la Conservaci\u00f3n de la Biodiversidad, la Ecolog\u00eda Urbana y la Ecolog\u00eda del Paisaje. Disfruto las diferentes etapas de la investigaci\u00f3n, incluyendo identificar t\u00f3picos interesantes e importantes en el \u00e1mbito nacional e internacional, el dise\u00f1o experimental, el trabajo de terreno, el an\u00e1lisis de datos e interpretaci\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n de resultados. En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, mi l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n se enmarca en Ecolog\u00eda Urbana. En t\u00e9rminos pr\u00e1cticos, investigo los factores que influyen sobre la distribuci\u00f3n y abundancia de animales vertebrados a diferentes escalas, en ambientes urbanos y en paisajes que est\u00e1n siendo modificados producto del desarrollo.
<\/span>Trabajo como Profesora Asistente en la Facultad de Ciencias Forestales y de la Conservaci\u00f3n de la Naturaleza (CFCN), Universidad de Chile, y\u00a0en el Departamento de Ciencias Qu\u00edmicas y Biol\u00f3gicas de la Universidad Bernardo O\u2019Higgins (UBO), donde coordino las asignaturas de Ecolog\u00eda y Zoolog\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n
